Dr. Madhuri Parikh

Professor Madhuri Parikh is an expert in Environmental Law. She has contributed in the area of public participation, Climate Justice, Corporate Climate Litigation, Forest Law, and Indigenous Environmental Rights. She is engaged with research activities in the area of Environment and Forest Law. At present she has been associated with research work with the British Institute of International Comparative Law on the project “Corporate Climate Litigation”. She has presented papers at the National and International conferences and seminar within India and outside India. She has published number of papers in reputed journals. She is also recipients of several awards for her research and teaching contribution.
