Vivian Aiyedogbon

Vivian Aiyedogbon is a Phil Michaels Legal Scholar at Friends of the Earth EWNI. She is also a Lecturer of Tort Law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Previously, she worked as Managing Editor of the Cross-cultural Human Rights Review; Junior Lecturer of Public International Law at Utrecht University; and Junior Researcher on the Sustainable Ocean Governance Project at the Netherlands Institute for the Law of the Sea. She holds a LLB with Study Abroad from the University of Bristol; LLM in Public International Law (Specialising in Human Rights) from Utrecht University; Postgrad Diploma in Bar Practice from King’s College London; and Qualification in Bar Practice from the Inns of Court College of Advocacy, UK. She is particularly interested in climate change litigation, cultural rights, judicial review and principles of tort law.
