This event will explore legal and policy tools that can accelerate the transition away from fossil fuel-based economies in key sectors: electricity, transportation, buildings, and industry. The event will feature presentations by the authors of two recent books on the topic: (1) Designing Climate Solutions: A Policy Guide for Low-Carbon Energy, co-authored by Sonia Aggarwal: and (2) Legal Pathways to Deep Decarbonization in the U.S., co-authored by Michael Gerrard.
